How much is the Application Fee?

The application fee is $50, and is non-refundable.

How much is the Security Deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Comcast Basic and Extended Basic cable, cold water, sewer fees and trash removal are all included in the monthly rent.

Is there an additional fee to use the Fitness Center?

No. Use of the Fitness Center, pool, whirlpool and tennis courts are included in the monthly rent.

What is Christiana Meadows pet policy?

One pet is allowed per apartment, with payment of one month’s rent refundable Pet Deposit in addition to the one month’s rent refundable Security Deposit.
