Pet Owners – Please be Courteous to Your Neighbors!

Pet Owners please be courteous to your neighbors and follow the complex rules and regulations regarding pets. Pet Owner are required to clean up their dog’s solid droppings and the complex has supplied pet stations throughout the complex for your convenience. With the beautiful weather we have been having, many are out walking and don’t want their walk ruined by stepping in your dog’s droppings.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when out in the complex and dogs are not to be left on patios, balconies or tied out to trees or stakes in the complex unattended. Owners must be present at all times with their dogs. Not only is this a complex rule, but it is a New Castle County Ordinance that dogs must be leashed.

Owning a pet is a privilege and most pet owners consider their pets part of the family. Christiana Meadows is happy to allow our residents to have pets, but please be courteous to the other residents of the complex.

Road Work Has Begun on Rt. 7

The Rt. 7 widening project has begun and will cause some incoveniences for residents living along Rt. 7 and may also cause some problems at the entrance to the complex. Unfortunately the complex has no say or input about this, but we have been assured that every attempt will be made to allow our residents access to the complex at all times and also that the work would be stopped at 5 pm near the buildings along Rt. 7. Please be extra cautious and follow road work signs to avoid injuries and report any safety issues or concerns to the rental office.

We are pleased to introduce our newest leasing agent Leanne Peiffer. Leanne comes to Christiana Meadows with much office experience and we know that her upbeat and positive attitude will be an asset to our management team. Leanne has two daughers and is the sister of our maintenance technician Derek Peiffer. Please welcome her the next time you are in the rental office. Leanne has big shoes to fill after the retirement of Judy Ann Buckbee, but we are confident she will be up to the task. Welcome Leanne!

Christiana Meadows is pleased to congratulate Judy Ann Buckbee on her retirement from Christiana Meadows at the end of the year after 25 years service. Many of you know Judy and know she has been so helpful to many of our residents and we will miss her greatly! We are excited that she will be able to relax and enjoy the next phase of her life and wish her health and happiness. Call the rental office at 302-322-6161 to get the service request password and send us your non-emergency repairs. Please continue to call the leasing office or answering service for emergency requests. All requests require name, apartment number, telephone number and email address.

Personal Trainer

A Personal Trainer is available for Christiana Meadows residents only at no charge. The Personal Trainer is available every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 AM, and again at 6 to 7 PM.
