We are pleased to introduce our newest leasing agent Leanne Peiffer. Leanne comes to Christiana Meadows with much office experience and we know that her upbeat and positive attitude will be an asset to our management team. Leanne has two daughers and is the sister of our maintenance technician Derek Peiffer. Please welcome her the next time you are in the rental office. Christiana Meadows is pleased to congratulate Judy Ann Buckbee on her retirement from Christiana Meadows at the end of the year after 25 years service. Many of you know Judy and know she has been so helpful to many of our residents and we will miss her greatly! We are excited that she will be able to relax and enjoy the next phase of her life and wish her health and happiness. Make your non-emergency service requests online by using our new service request feature. Call the rental office at 302-322-6161 to get the service request password and send us your non-emergency repairs. Please continue to call the leasing office or answering service for emergency requests. All requests require name, apartment number, telephone number and email address.

Personal Trainer

A Personal Trainer is available for Christiana Meadows residents only at no charge. The Personal Trainer is available every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 AM, and again at 6 to 7 PM.
